2. Digital Content Purchases

Due to the digital nature of content on our platform, all sales are generally final. Once you have accessed or downloaded digital content, refunds are typically not available.

Exceptions

3. Subscription Services

  • Can be cancelled at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

4. Creator Earnings

When a refund is processed:

  • Creator earnings from the refunded transaction will be deducted

Processing Time

  • Bank processing times may vary

6. Cancellation Policy

User Account Cancellation

  • Account data will be deleted according to our data retention policy

Creator Account Cancellation

  • 30-day notice required for creator account cancellation
  • Pending earnings will be paid out according to payment schedule
  • Content may be removed from the platform
